National Margarita Day – Feb 22nd

This post is a little late, unfortunately I haven’t had a well-made Margarita in a while now. The last time was in October at the White Sands Hotel in Mombasa, Kenya.

Here are a few snaps to remind me of how much I loved them. Another glass was from an Italian restaurant along the beach.

  
Once I’ve submitted my second novel to agents, I will surely do a Margarita tour through London  and write about it. Motivation!
